Note: For students who are taking the Hawaiian Studies classes on the KKOE campus, a TB test and MMR record is not required. However, for those who are taking college classes at Palamanui or with HCC online, a TB test and MMR record is required.
 
-The MMR record can be acquired from the Health Aide at KKOE
-The TB test can be taken with your child's pediatrician or for free at the Kona Health Center in Kealekekua. See page 2 of this link:
